A.THE MAIN CONSTRUCTION OF THE CAGE SYSTEM 1.Availability to adjust the required level of feeds thanks to the feeding system consisting of feedcart(trolley hopper) and dispenser apparatus that are automatic and made of galvanized sheet and dyed sheet. 1.There are 2-3 nipple drinkers for each two cage sections on the PVC pipes which are located betweentwo cage sections lengthwise the cage row. the "V" shape leakage gutter underneath the water pipes,holds the water drops and prevent the drops to reach the manure belt, therefore a drier manureis obtained. 2.A water regulator is located on each tier and each row of the cage, It supply the water fromthe water line to the pipes, through reservoirs with the proper pressure. The filters and the medicator(DOSATRON of France) to clean the water and keep health of all chickens. C.THE AUTOMATIC FEEDING SYSTEM
1.It is the feeding system with feed carts. Against the inconveniences of chain feeding system causedecomposition feed, overweight to cage construction and low yield; in feeding system with feed carts,thanks to feed adjustment apparatus which is designed specially, feed is distributed hygienically,homogeneous, mixed and equally.
2.In this system, feed is distributed automatically to the feed carts from the feed silos by the spiralaugers located in a pipe with 90-150 mm diameter. The Augers materials made in South Africa, also the best quality worldwide. 3.Feed carts are moved by steel cables and 0,75-1.50 HP(according to the chicken house length and hopper) electric gear motors over the rails that are locatedon the top of the cages.

1.Automatic egg collection unit made of galvanized sheet and apparatus produced by our advanced own production machines, the egg bands and lift engine powers are 0.75 -1.50 HP. 2.The egg bands made of import cloth and the joint components made of plastic sheets.The egg belts,which are located lengthwise the cage row, towed by the egg collection heads. These jute egg beltsand the egg-holding wire meshes are designed in order to prevent the eggs crash.The egg bands areantistatic and not hold dust, and there is one egg brush in each end of the cage rows, therefore, eggs are clean and they are suitable for food safety. 3.Special brushes are placed end of all lines for cleaning egg belts. EGG COLLECTION CONVEYOR
1.It contains lift system which reach each tiers by moving up and down.the body off egg conveyor made of stainless steel sheet, consisting of chain and rod, which are also stainless steel wires, and lift system bearing the reducer.the egg conveyor engine power is 0,75 HP. 2. With the elevator lifting system, the eggs are collected from each tier and transported to therequested place and distance. In this way, the eggs can collect with minimum energy. 3.As system can be turned 90 + 90 degree with bends, egg cracking is prevented without anytransmission and system can be adapted easily for egg collection and grading machines.
4.The automatic egg collection conveyor shall be delivered to the egg collection center to beconstructed by the purchaser. Such egg collection center is estimated to take part at a distance of 8-10 mt. at most from the last building. E- MANURE REMOVAL SYSTEM
1.Manure is cleaned and discharged by the Polypropylene (PP) manure belts of 1.10 mm thickness.These PP belts are located underneath every tier and row of the cages and towed by drive reducerengines to clean the manure in a flawless way. 2.This strong and robust construction is operated without problem even in very long henhouses.Rollers and the scrapers located on each tier and row spills the manure to the discharging manureconveyor at the end of the hen-house and the manure is removed from the hen-house by thisdischarging manure conveyor. 3.A cover has been placed at back of the manure belts for avoid splashing and not to make dirtyhenhouse and transfer the manure to the conveyor as dandy. 4.The manure belt is made of white PP product which made in Italy, the best quality we can get all over the world now.
