H FRAME LAYER CAGE SYSTEM

The H frame layer cage system construction and the sections of cages are produced of galvanized sheet and hot dipped galvanized wires bearing ISO 9001 Quality Certificate. The surface galvanize cover of these materials, are equal to high standards. It is becoming the most popular and good choices to the poultry farms all over the world.
A.THE MAIN CONSTRUCTION OF THE CAGE SYSTEM                 
1.Availability to adjust the required level of feeds thanks to the feeding system consisting of feed cart(trolley hopper) and dispenser apparatus that are automatic and made of galvanized sheet and dyed sheet. All feeding system are connected with the feed silo(with feed elevator and silo weighing system) and operated automatic.
2.The cage system is designed to be strong against earth movements. Main construction of the cage system consists of the legs, which are located in every 84 cm lengthwise, and the wide based connection units with adjustable bolts.
3.Watering system is consisting of PVC material square shape pipe, nipple drinkers, which is made of plastic and stainless steel in red color, in each section and the bottom plastic drop catcher in V shape.and all nipple drinkers will be fitted with the square pipes already and packed by carton and plastic bags outside for protection before shipment.
4.Sections side walls are produced of galvanized wire and galvanized steel sheets which will be fitted together in factory before shipment.Thus, more light and more productive ventilation are ensured,and installation workload reduced and all equipment standard can be kept perfectly because of less movement of the section sides.
5.Eggs can reach easily to the egg belt owing to well bevel base wires. In this way, cracked and dirtiness can be reduced at minimum level.
B- DRINKING SYSTEM

1.There are 2-3 nipple drinkers for each two cage sections on the PVC pipes which are located between two cage sections lengthwise the cage row. the "V" shape leakage gutter underneath the water pipes, holds the water drops and prevent the drops to reach the manure belt, therefore a drier manure is obtained.
2.A water regulator is located on each tier and each row of the cage, It supply the water from the water line to the pipes, through reservoirs with the proper pressure. The filters and the medicator(DOSATRON of France) to clean the water and keep health of all chickens.
C.THE AUTOMATIC FEEDING SYSTEM    
                                    
1.It is the feeding system with feed carts. Against the inconveniences of chain feeding system cause decomposition feed, overweight to cage construction and low yield; in feeding system with feed carts, thanks to feed adjustment apparatus which is designed specially, feed is distributed hygienically, homogeneous, mixed and equally.
2.In this system, feed is distributed automatically to the feed carts from the feed silos by the spiral augers located in a pipe with 90-150 mm diameter. The Augers materials made in South Africa, also the best quality worldwide.
3.Feed carts are moved by steel cables and 0,75-1.50 HP(according to the chicken house length and hopper) electric gear motors over the rails that are located on the top of the cages.
4.Feed troughs are specially designed in order to distribute the feed in equal quantity to reach tier and to prevent the feeds to be scattered outside the feed trough. Thus, waste of feed is in minimum level and fresh is presented to layers. Also that system avoid to select the feed when the layers feeding. And this gives that has exhausted content of all feed.
D- AUTOMATIC EGG COLLECTION SYSTEM

1.Automatic egg collection unit made of galvanized sheet and apparatus produced by our advanced own production machines, the egg bands and lift engine powers are 0.75 -1.50 HP.
2.The egg bands made of import cloth and the joint components made of plastic sheets. The egg belts, which are located lengthwise the cage row, towed by the egg collection heads. These jute egg belts and the egg-holding wire meshes are designed in order to prevent the eggs crash. The egg bands are anti static and not hold dust, and there is one egg brush in each end of the cage rows, therefore, eggs are clean and they are suitable for food safety.
3.Special brushes are placed end of all lines for cleaning egg belts.
EGG COLLECTION CONVEYOR

1.It contains lift system which reach each tiers by moving up and down.the body off egg conveyor made of stainless steel sheet, consisting of chain and rod, which are also stainless steel wires, and lift system bearing the reducer.the egg conveyor engine power is 0,75 HP.
2. With the elevator lifting system, the eggs are collected from each tier and transported to the requested place and distance. In this way, the eggs can collect with minimum energy.
3.As system can be turned 90 + 90 degree with bends, egg cracking is prevented without any transmission and system can be adapted easily for egg collection and grading machines.
4.The automatic egg collection conveyor shall be delivered to the egg collection center to be constructed by the purchaser. Such egg collection center is estimated to take part at a distance of 8-10 mt. at most from the last building.
E- MANURE REMOVAL SYSTEM

1.Manure is cleaned and discharged by the Polypropylene (PP) manure belts of 1.10 mm thickness. These PP belts are located underneath every tier and row of the cages and towed by drive reducer engines to clean the manure in a flawless way.
2.This strong and robust construction is operated without problem even in very long hen houses. Rollers and the scrapers located on each tier and row spills the manure to the discharging manure conveyor at the end of the hen-house and the manure is removed from the hen-house by this discharging manure conveyor.
3.A cover has been placed at back of the manure belts for avoid splashing and not to make dirty hen house and transfer the manure to the conveyor as dandy.
4.The manure belt is made of white PP product which made in Italy, the best quality we can get all over the world now. The belt system is consisting of front cap rollers stretching and internal scrapping off apparatus as well as the rear scrapping off rollers, pressing balls, external scrapping off apparatus, conveyor drive systems and the electrical reducer engines.MANURE CONVEYORS

1.Horizontal manure conveyor : The rubber band in thickness of 6 mm including the cord cloth running on galvanized pipes at galvanized construction and the front rear rollers, reducer engine.
2.Vertical manure conveyor : The rubber band in thickness of 6 mm including the cord cloth running on galvanized pipes at galvanized construction and the front rear rollers, reducer engine.
3.The motor for the manure conveyor is covered by the galvanized steel sheets in case of the strong sunshine, rain, water, etc. and the power can be changed as different conveyor length.
F- ELECTRICAL BOARD

1. Electrical board of feeding system: The electrical installation and control board of feeding system consist of stop switches taking part on top and bottom parts, control cables and timer.
2. Electrical board of manure removal system: These buttons are featuring sealed and self protection system of engines. It is consisting of protective circuits and fuses of 2 pieces of engines with reducers of horizontal and vertical manure conveyors.
3.Electrical system and control board of automatic egg collection system : It is consisting of the protective circuits for automatic egg collection system, stop switches enabling the upwards and downwards movements of the lift stopped, control cables and control boards. climate system automation control panel is made up by the different panels as follows.
G- CHICKEN HOUSE CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM

1.Automatic climate control panel; Internal connection in the board and other installation; pad engine protectors and contactor; flap engine protectors and contactor and the climate system (flap-cons.-pad box).
2.This system works at outside temperature maximum 36 degree and 30% humidity. At that conditions coop inside temperature will be 28 - 30 degree. If the outside data will be high than mentioned, inside temperature will be higher naturally.
3.For the flap, PVC paneled in metallic frames air direction covers; The flaps are assembled in front of the pads and with the same length like the pads through the building, so the air will not flow directly on the chicken, it will flow to the roof. In this way spirinkler cooling in the chicken house can be ensured.
