1. Putting Egg Module

2. Cleaning Module
Use a brush to clean the eggs three times to prevent bacterial contamination of the egg transfer unit.
3. Adjust Direction Section
A device that adjusts the direction of the egg using the centrifugal force of the egg. The pointed tail of egg faces downwards, and the rounded head (air chamber) faces upwards, maintain freshness for a long period of time.
4. Drying Section
Use a fan to force the air and brushing water on the surface of the egg.
5. Ultraviolet Sterilization
Removes and kills harmful bacteria such as E. coli, Staphylococcus, and molds. The results of testing the eggs sterilized by this unit showed that the sterilization effect was significant.
6. Egg Inspection Section
In the dark room with the light (three-wavelength fluorescent lamps and tungsten halogen lamp) to sort defective eggs (opaque, broken) unit.
7. Loading Plate Position
Eggs are sorted by weight into the tray unit. Usually, one set of equipment is divided into 5 levels according to weight, but according to the actual situation of the farm, it can also be divided into 4 levels and 3 levels for one set of equipment.
